SUMMARY:  As the citizens of Keystone City agonize over cable news footage chronicling a recent earthquake, a supervillain calling himself Spin strikes against the rich and the famous. Somehow, the mysterious criminal is capable of using the prevailing public anxieties to further his crimes, spawning a mini-earthquake at a downtown museum! Wally West and Jay Garrick respond to the disaster, working fast to protect innocent lives, but Wally is more than a little distracted. The Flash is unable to put aside his own personal anxieties and cannot help but worry about the unpaid bills that are piling up at home. When reporter Julie Greer catches a careless comment on camera, the media soon turns public opinion against the money-minded scarlet speedster, and the sinister Spin is quick to take advantage of the situation!
