QUOTE: "John! Sorry about tricking you with my children! I promise never to mention it in front of Batman. My kids tricking you. Gotta go!" —The Flash taunts Green Lantern

SUMMARY:  Wally and Jai West, a superhero father and son, stand together to face an army of aquatic alien invaders prepared to dehydrate all of Keystone City. After fending off the first wave of their attack, the Flash sends Jai and Iris to the invaders' watery homeworld to retrieve the Justice League before tracking down the leader of the alien attack force for an interrogation. The scarlet speedster learns from his monstrous foe that this interdimensional war began long ago on the distant planet Savoth, a peace-loving world with a history intrinsically tied to the legacy of the fastest man alive, and that he himself had a hand in setting these disastrous events in motion!
