QUOTE: "For decades, the twin cities of Central and Keystone have been protected by generations of scarlet speedstersówhirlwinds of justice whose history is intertwined with our own... Earlier today, two new heroes appeared. Who are they? What are their names? What is their relationship to the Flash legacy?  We don't yet knowóbut this reporter will not rest until she uncovers their every secret." óJulie Greer, Channel Four News

SUMMARY:  Wally West and his wife Linda have come to an agreement. As their twin children have inherited exceptional superpowers, the concerned couple accepts that Jai and Iris West are destined to follow in their father's footsteps. Thus, Linda has begun to use alien technology obtained during the family's year on another world to regulate their budding powers, and the Flash has begun to take the costumed children out for lessons in superheroics. Iris and Jai's first task as superheroes-in-training has them saving the helpless victims of a disastrous ferry collision. The rescue effort quickly captures the attention of the media, leaving the citizens of Keystone and Central City desperate to know more about these mysterious young heroes. Jai's curiosity concerning the incident, however, soon reveals that this maritime disaster is but a prelude to a far more sinister threat!
