"I've never killed. I don't ever want to. But I have to stop him. Any way I
can." —The Flash
SUMMARY: Wally West and Barry Allen have been reunited once
again, although there’s hardly cause to celebrate. The two Flashes find
themselves trapped in the past, at the precise moment that Linda lost
her babies in a devastating attack, fighting side-by-side against two
Reverse Flashes eager to destroy them. It’s hero against arch-nemesis,
Flash versus Zoom times two, in the streets of Keystone City’s past.
Before subduing Professor Zoom and returning to his own time, Barry
warns that Wally will have to push himself harder than ever before to
stop Zoom from destroying his life. Wally takes that advice to heart
and, faced with the prospect of losing his children all over again,
forces himself to fight past his limitations in a desperate bid to bring
down his crazed nemesis once and for all. Returning through time to the
present day, the scarlet speedster discovers that his myriad foes have
recovered and regrouped in the wake of the epic Rogue War, and that
Linda is with Ashley Zolomon at Keystone General Hospital. The Flash’s
wife is in critical condition, her body seeming wracked by the
alterations in the timeline that Zoom himself has forced!
