SUMMARY:  In the wake of the Rogue War, after all other supervillains have fallen, the fastest man alive is faced with not one but two Reverse Flashes – Hunter Zolomon, the driven madman who was once a friend to Wally West, and Eobard Thawne, the deranged future criminal who long tormented Barry Allen.
