SUMMARY:  The reformed supervillains that have long been plotting the downfall of the Flash's Rogues Gallery have at last made their move. The Rogue War has begun, and Central City is being torn apart by contests pitting men and women with extraordinary powers against one another. Magenta finds herself facing off against the Weather Wizard, and the electrical powers of his weather wand may be capable of destroying her. Whilst fending off Captain Boomerang's deadly missiles, the Pied Piper does his best to convince the newest Rogue that he's made all the wrong choices in the wake of his father's murder. Trickster faces Trickster in the skies above the city, fighting prank with prank. Elsewhere, Heat Wave unleashes flames and pent-up fury on the one Rogue he hates more than any other, Captain Cold. The Flash arrives in the midst of this staggering, devastating battle just in time to witness the arrival of an unexpected and unstable element: the Top, who may possess the power to turn the tide in favor of the Rogues!
