QUOTE: "Captain Boomerang, Wally. He's one of yours. If you can't take care of your own Rogues, if you can't rein them in, then I'll do it for you." —Batman

SUMMARY:  Linda Park has returned, and her surprise reappearance helps to assure Wally West that she's at last come to terms with his new secret identity and his role as the Flash. While the Flash and his wife are celebrating their newfound happiness, however, the hero's greatest enemies are in mourning. In a secret cemetery known only to the a select number of supervillains, the Flash's most infamous Rogues have gathered to pay their respects to the slain Captain Boomerang. The loose ties that connect the colorful criminals aren't enough to stop infighting, however, and the new Boomerang — Digger Harkness' embittered son — soon brings an end to what he considers to be a farce of a funeral. Owen Mercer isn't impressed by his father's partners, although he comes to realize that joining forces with them may offer him the opportunity to seize what he most desires. The new Captain Boomerang is already a wanted man. Wally finds himself confronted one night by none other than the Batman, who angrily demands that the scarlet speedster find a way to control the well-organized Rogues and make them answer for their crimes.
