SUMMARY: Captain Cold, framed for a series of recent
police slayings by an unknown foe, drags the Flash's frozen body to the
Keystone City Combines Hockey Arena. There, the superhero and
supervillain clash. Cold wants to know who's setting him up, and the
Flash is still finding his legs after rediscovering his identity and
super-speed abilities. After escaping the tense stand-off unharmed,
Wally West checks in with the police department's new Rogue Profiler
only to discover that the position has been filled by Ashley Zolomon,
the ex-wife of the man who brought tragedy and torment into Wally and
