QUOTE: "You think you can hide from the law, Cold. The Flash may no longer be in Keystone City, but the KCPD is stepping up to the plate. You've just become the most wanted man in Keystone. We will bring you in." —Alexander Petrov

SUMMARY: After learning he possess the powers of super speed, and after discovering that the ring a mysterious stranger passed to him contains the costume of the Flash, Wally West's stolen memories thunder back into his mind. The police mechanic is forced to cope with the realization that he is Keystone City's protector and the man responsible for the conflict that robbed he and Linda of their unborn children. The timing is right for the hero's return, however. Forensic scientist Alexander Petrov and the Keystone City Police have identified Captain Cold as the supervillain turned cop-killer responsible for several recent murders, a development that both bewilders and infuriates the man himself, Len Snart. Wally uncomfortably dons his superhero costume once more and races to the scene of a police stand-off, confronting the mysterious supervillain orchestrating these events even though he may be dashing into an unexpected death trap.
