SUMMARY: Following a near-tragic accident, police
mechanic Wally West has discovered that he possesses some astonishing
abilities. Somehow, he's able to attain incredible speeds on foot,
speeds no normal human is capable of, speeds comparable to those once
achieved by the Flash! Keystone City's scarlet protector is nowhere to
be found, however, leaving the city's top detectives scrambling to
discover who's serially killing police personnel by encasing them in
ice. Alexander Petrov, the Keystone Police Department's new forensic
scientist, visits the police garage to examine the evidence at hand,
butting heads with West along the way. The incensed young mechanic takes
to the street for his lunch break early. There, he's confronted by a
trio of thugs, a situation he considers the perfect opportunity to put
his newfound abilities to the test.
