SUMMARY: Now free from her cell at Iron Heights, Peek-a-Boo teleports into St. Edward's Hospital in order to visit with her dying father one last time. When security foolishly attempts to apprehend her, the misunderstood metahuman seizes her father and teleports outside of the hospital, leaving destruction in her wake. The Flash pursues only to be confronted with bitterness and anger; though her intentions were always noble, Peek-a-Boo has been unfairly labeled a Rogue. As her father finally passes away, a bitter Lashawn Baez turns herself in to the police. Later, when Wally West visits with Hunter Zolomon, the paralyzed police profiler begs the fastest man alive to use the famed Cosmic Treadmill to alter the past. Zolomon hopes time travel will ensure that the tragedies that have left him crippled and alone never occur. Well aware of the danger represented by time travel, the Flash refuses outright, and Zolomon decides to take matters into his own hands. Furious and determined, Zolomon breaks into the Flash Museum and attempts to reconfigure the Cosmic Treadmill for his purposes. When the machine is activated, however, it all goes horribly wrong. The Flash Museum erupts in a fiery explosion, with a wheelchair-bound Hunter Zolomon caught in the blast!
