QUOTE: "You are not perfect. You were struck by a bolt of lightning, trained to be a hero. The fastest man alive, some say. But still a man." —The Thinker

SUMMARY: At Cyborg's suggestion, the Flash allows the Thinker to reclaim his brain. He then lures the electronic supervillain deep into his consciousness. There, in an imagined realm of thought and memories where he possesses complete control, the quick-thinking Wally West is able to dominate the Thinker and unravel his coding. At last, the Thinker has been destroyed! The twin cities are far from safe, however. The behemoth Girder is now prepared to crush the weakened Flash, Magenta has nearly torn Cyborg to pieces, Mirror Master and the Weather Wizard are creating mass confusion, and Detectives Chyre and Morilla find themselves facing the deadly duo of Murmur and Plunder. With the fastest man alive and his closest allies subdued, Blacksmith and her Rogues Gallery are ready to take their underground Network of supervillains public!
