SUMMARY: The Thinker, a living computer virus that craves expansion and control, has taken over Keystone City, enslaving the minds of its residents and converting its physical spaces into massive circuits. What the villainous computer entity most desires, however, is the super fast mind of the Flash! With the lives of all citizens at stake, the Flash has little choice but to obey the Thinker's demands. Meanwhile, having destroyed much of Central City in their own effort to seize control and destroy the Flash, the new Rogues Gallery decide they too must face this digital menace if they hope to achieve their goals. The Mirror Master establishes a reflective wall that will block the twin cities from the rest of the world. Then, the new Rogues venture into the depths of the electronic Keystone City in a search for the Thinker and the Flash. In Keystone's Cole Cemetery, Detective Chyre and a resurrected Detective Morillo engage in a life-or-death struggle against Plunder to escape execution. With the Flash succumbing to the Thinker's inescapable scheme, the fate of both cities may lie in the hands of Keystone's two bravest police officers.
