QUOTE: "I need more room to think. For I am the Thinker." —The Thinker

SUMMARY: Upon realizing that his closest friends and allies are missing, the Flash visits the Keystone City Police Department only to discover the headquarters is vacant. A reflection of the Mirror Master soon appears spouting ransom demands and, in the blink of an eye, he's successful in luring the scarlet speedster to Central City. There, the villainess Blacksmith is lying in wait for the Flash, and with her is a potentially lethal line-up of united Rogues—Girder, Magenta, Murmur, Plunder, the Trickster, Weather Wizard, and Mirror Master. Across the bridge, Keystone City is quickly being converted into what appears to be an electronic realm. The supervillain known as the Thinker has been resurrected in digital form and is now seizing the minds of all Keystone residents to expand his memory space, converting human brains into computer storage. Though Blacksmith is eager to defeat the fastest man alive, she may have to challenge the nightmarish new Thinker first!
