SUMMARY: At Julie Jackam's funeral, Detective Fred Chyre approaches Wally West concerning an awkward subject. Josh, Julie's fatherless three-year-old son, has been displaying unusual abilities. When Josh is angry or upset lightning bolts seem to arch across his eyes. As Wally and Julie were once romantically linked, Chyre has reached what he considers to be an obvious conclusion. The Flash may be a father! Before Linda, Wally, and Chyre can discuss the matter further, however, the atmosphere in downtown Keystone City begins to change. A dangerous storm is brewing and, as hail falls from the sky and a hate-fueled tornado begins to take shape, the fastest man alive knows that the Weather Wizard has returned to claim something he wants.
