SUMMARY: The Flash and Captain Cold, stranded in a sinister mirror world that has been stripped of the scarlet speedster's legendary legacy and of the speed force itself, are rescued from Barry Allen and the brutal Keystone City Police by another dimensional castaway: the Mirror Master. Together, the trio struggle to make sense of their situation. The two Rogues reveal that they were approached by a powerful, anonymous villain who offered to help rid them of the Flash once and for all. The alternate reality that the Mirror Master created to accomplish this task using the mysterious benefactor's plans, however, trapped him and Cold as well as Wally West. Now, the mirror world is beginning to collapse around them and the allied adventurers must obtain a piece of the original Mirror Master's technology from the nearby Hal Jordan Museum in order to make their way home. Retrieving the device isn't going to be easy, however, as the mirror world's own version of the supervillain known as the Thinker has discovered what is happening to his reality and is plotting an escape. His henchman, the skilled assassin known as Plunder, is set to keep the the Flash, Captain Cold, and Mirror Master from getting away.
