SUMMARY: The Flash finds himself at Keystone City Police
Headquarters, only he's not there to assist the police in apprehending
any criminal, he's being taken into custody! No one at the station
recognizes his red and yellow costume and, before long, the powerless
hero is being severely beaten by brutal, heavily-armored police
officers. Between thrashings and nightmares Wally struggles to
comprehend what has happened to him. Somehow, the fastest man alive has
been transported to a world where villains have become cops, Aquaman is
dead, Barry Allen is still alive, and no one has ever heard of the
Flash!
