SUMMARY: A vacation getaway has ended in tragedy for the
three youngest members of the Justice League. Wally West, Kyle Rayner,
and Connor Hawke booked a weeklong trip on the Alaskan cruise ship
Aurora Borealis in an effort to get away from it all, completely unaware
that the supervillains known as Heatwave, Sonic, and Hatchet were
onboard as well. The villains were scheming to resurrect a comatose
Doctor Polaris. Their efforts ended with the dangerous villain's
awakening and inevitable disaster at sea. Although the Flash was able to
disable Polaris, and Green Arrow and Green Lantern were able to save
most of their fellow passengers, forty-two people died as a result of
the sinking of the ship. Now the three supervillains who set the plan in
motion find themselves on trial, facing a jury for their crimes. Will
the testimony of three Justice Leaguers be enough to put them away? The
trio have hired Bernard Weinstein, the most successful criminal defense
lawyer in the country, to ensure that they will go unpunished. The
Flash, Green Arrow, and Green Lantern must play by the rules of the
courtroom to ultimately outmaneuver their foes.
