SUMMARY: Battling with the Suit, the Flash has
shattered both of his legs! Now, bound to a wheelchair with his legs in
casts, the fastest man alive finds himself helpless and immobile. The Suit remains at large, moving to strike once more at the Keystone
County Prison. The living costume seems to feed off of super-powered hosts. By
helping some of the nation's most notorious supervillains to escape from
the prison walls the Suit will not only releases a mass of potential hosts,
it will take revenge on the city and its resident superheroes. Jay Garrick, Max Mercury, and Impulse work together to take down the Suit
before it can reach the prison. Unfortunately, these efforts backfire
and the speedsters are forced to fight one of their own when the Suit
claims Max Mercury as a host! Not content to let his friends fight his
battles for him, Wally West devises an ingenious plan to get back on his feet
and strains to commune with the speed force. Supported by a
manifestation of the immensely powerful extra-dimensional force that
grants him his powers, the Flash joins the fight once more, and not a
moment too soon. The Suit has used super-speed vibrations to destroy the
prison walls, and a crowd of dangerous villains is ready to riot in
Keystone City!
