SUMMARY:
Wally West and Linda Park visit Solar City, a
beautiful island resort that is still under construction but currently
open to journalists. Young Billy Batson's on hand as well, and a good
thing, too. A dilemma is brewing which will take both the Flash and
Captain Marvel to eliminate. Carl Sands, the supervillain known as the Shadow
Thief, has made a secret pact with the demon Neron and now plots to use
the hellish powers he gained in the deal against Professor Bennet, the
man whose genius built the solar powered city. What private
history do Sands and Bennet share? Why does Bennet feel as if he
is the one who's sold his soul? The Flash and Captain Marvel must
race against time to discover the motivations of all involved, before
Solar City is transformed into nothing but living shadows amongst
rubble.
