QUOTE: "Hey! Hey! Don't go blocking the view at mach one, okay?" —The Flash warns his unwanted passenger

SUMMARY:  A Keystone City bank is attacked by a costumed criminal calling himself the Alchemist, but the elemental supervillain isn't after money. The city's newest police commissioner reveals that the Alchemist is really Dr. Curtis Engstrom, a S.T.A.R. Labs advisor who was arrested for stealing revolutionary technologies derived from the infamous Philosopher's Stone. Now, having escaped from prison, Engstrom is using the Philosopher's Stone to pursue jailhouse lawyer Moe Migliani on a personal vendetta. The Flash is entrusted with Migliani's protection, but the obnoxious ex-con isn't making that chore easy. Meanwhile, Linda Park has made an unexpected career decision and she's given Wally West an ultimatum: if the emotionally-stunted superhero isn't prepared to admit his feelings for her, Linda Park is leaving for Midway City!
