SUMMARY:  The Flash has been flash-frozen by someone disguised as the ghost of the Icicle! Only Wally West's super-speed abilities allow him to survive the attack. Once free, the Flash sets out to solve the mystery that's killing Dr. Joar Mahkent's surviving heirs one-by-one. Everyone in the Mahkent mansion is a suspect, and the worsening snow storm that rages outside has trapped them together. Knowing that the contested will of the Icicle is the motive for these killings, the Flash surmises that he might find clues in Mahkent's video will but discovers that the tape has been mysteriously erased. To get his hands on a copy of that vital videocassette the scarlet speedster will have to first locate the Icicle's secret trophy room, then confront the chilling "ghost" that's been killing-off the late supervillain's friends and family.
