SUMMARY:  As Wally West struggles with a moral decision regarding a vast inheritance bequeathed to him by the supervillain known as the Icicle, the legacy of the Cold War comes to bear on Keystone City. A Soviet super-soldier codenamed Proletariat has escaped from captivity and come to the city in search of the genetically engineered protégés he deems traitors—the trio of speedsters once known as Red Trinity. The Flash is alerted to the emergency by the three Kapitalist Kouriers themselves and responds at once with Christina Molotova, the familiarly costumed Russian speedster now known as Lady Flash. With the Pied Piper and Russian ambassador Andrei Dhomov in tow, the four speedsters track and confront Proletariat. Disillusioned by Soviet reforms, the unstable super-soldier plans on striking at his former allies and the United States of America by destroying Keystone City's power plant!
