SUMMARY: The Flash has been captured by the mysterious,
scheming supervillain who controls Keystone City's underworld: the
Turtle! A longtime opponent of original Flash Jay Garrick, the Turtle
has joined forces with his successor, the Turtle Man, and together the
slowest men alive plan to destroy Wally West before he can interfere in
their elaborate machinations. Incapacitated by sensory deprivation
technology, the Flash finds himself trapped in a featureless white world
where he is forced to face-off against representations of his greatest
insecurities. With his senses deceiving him and his super-speed powers
working against him, Wally's emotional shortcomings take over. Soon the
young hero finds himself fighting with nightmarish manifestations of his
friends, family, former foes and, most devastating of all, a vengeful
Barry Allen. Can the Flash outrun his own shame?
