SUMMARY:  Still adjusting to life in Keystone City, Wally West is approached by Dana Simpson, a distraught mother who is certain that her newborn child is being threatened by the Joker! Though Wally can't understand what interest the infamous villain would have in young Donnie Simpson, certain clues support the wild claims. When the Flash visits the Keystone Police Department he discovers the corpse of a detective bearing a ghoulish grin, evidence of the Joker's distinctive venom. Is the clown prince of crime indeed stalking Dana Simpson's newborn child? Or is his terrifying name simply being invoked to serve as a sort of scapegoat boogeyman? As the fastest man alive seeks the answers, the secretive supervillain that has been plotting against him continues to control the Keystone City underworld and braces for a potential clash with Gotham City's most heinous rogue.
