SUMMARY: In the aftermath of the Durlan invasion, Wally West
finds himself a celebrated hero in Cuba as well as a close personal
friend of President Fidel Castro. To celebrate their triumph over the
alien conquerors Castro has schedule an extravagant twenty-first
birthday party in the Flash's honor. Wally isn't in the mood for
celebrating, however. His father was killed while battling the Durlans
and the young hero is guilt-ridden over their last words. What's more,
the scarlet speedster has learned that Mark Shaw, the costumed bounty
hunter known as Manhunter, plans to undertake a daring mission for a
group of Cuban rebels; Manhunter intends to kidnap Castro and remove him
from power! Torn between Castro and his own self-interest, Wally
struggles with the murky ethics of his situation. Unfortunately, by the
time he's made up his mind to act it appears as if Manhunter has
succeeded in his attempt at a coup and the Cuban rebels behind it all
are revealed to be stranded Durlan shape-shifters!
