SUMMARY: After being saved from the streets by the
Justice League International Wally West learns that the alien spy he
encounter was just one of many. A shape-shifting alien race known as
the Durlans has invaded Earth, conquering the continents one by one. The
U.S. government soon contacts the Flash for help. Troubling reports have
been received from Cuba and they were sent by one Frank West, Wally's
own father. Thus, the scarlet speedster and Chunk are quickly dispatched
to Cuba. There, after crash landing in the jungle, the super-powered duo
finds themselves amongst a rag-tag group of rebels led by none other
than Fidel Castro! The revolutionary leader has been replaced in Havana
by a Durlan duplicate and the alien invaders plan on using his nation as
a staging ground for their invasion of North America. The fastest man
alive must work alongside both Castro and his difficult father, avoiding
unexpected extraterrestrial threats all the while, in order to expose
the shape-shifting Durlans and retake the island nation.
