QUOTE: "We're practically gods! We should be ruling countries! Empires! Instead we spent our lives knocking over jewelry stores and trying to out-smart Barry Allen. We fell into his trap. He made it a game, a game of greed and revenge... Kept us distracted, plotting against him, instead of doing what we were really capable of. We could've been Caesars... Instead we were just clowns." —Captain Cold

SUMMARY: After spending some time with the Chunk, Wally West learns he's been invited to a gathering that's soon to be held in honor of Captain Cold by the Rogues Gallery, the collective of former supervillains who once served as Barry Allen's most memorable foes. When on-again, off-again girlfriend Connie Noleski arrives seeking some excitement, Wally decides to accept the invitation. The depressed men and women he discovers at the party are far different than the colorful villains Wally remembers, however, and the party's atmosphere and drink soon lead the reunion to become as chaotic and potentially dangerous as it is ridiculously amusing.
