SUMMARY:
At a Long Island hospital, Jerry McGee continues to recover from the
drug-induced, high-speed rampage that nearly killed him, his wife, and
the Flash. In a nearby ward, Wally West's wounds from a recent attack
are healing at an accelerated rate despite the fact that he remains
without his powers. Speed scientists Dr. Orloff and Dr. Bortz are on
hand to assist both men as is Tina McGee, who is beginning to realize
that her love for her husband hasn't faded and that her relationship
with Wally must be brought to an end. The Flash is still reeling from
his break-up and a surprise eviction notice when Sergei, a desperate
and crazed speedster who was once a member of Russia's dangerous Blue
Trinity, unexpectedly attacks the hospital.
