QUOTE: "The real Flash wouldn't have used fists.  He'd have outsmarted me!  Don't you know anything about panache?" —the Trickster

SUMMARY: A few members of Barry Allen's infamous Rogues Gallery are back in Central City, and they've been summoned to their old secret meeting place by Captain Cold's codes. The Trickster, the Weather Wizard, and Captain Boomerang soon find, however, that it's actually Cold's sister—the devious Golden Glider—who's interested in making use of their criminal services. Golden Glider's got her eyes set on a mysterious black diamond that's about to be introduced at a top notch Central City museum and she's secretly interested in obtaining it and disposing of the troublesome old gang at the same time. Filling the Rogues' minds with plenty of entertaining lies and attaching a dangerous explosive ball to the Flash's leg, she sets her four opponents against one another in the hopes that the blast will eliminate her problems once and for all. Golden Glider's horrible secret, the Flash soon realizes, is that the black diamond she seeks contains Eclipso, a demonic villain capable of seizing any body and putting that person in touch with the evil that lurks within their soul. Little does the Flash realize that Eclipso's true target isn't one of the Rogues but the fastest man alive himself!
